Our Smoked Turkey will turn your head! USDA “A” quality turkey breasts are rubbed and smoked to perfection. Customers always ask how we craft such a flavorful BBQ bird.
From start to finish we use fresh local ingredients. We have local suppliers that hand pick “A” quality turkey breasts. We then rub our Turkey breasts with our own secret blend of spices. This savory cut is then smoked low and slow for 4 hours.
Our Old No. 17 dry Rub is legendary and is inspired by both  local and traditional BBQ.  We season all of our meat with this powerful blend of spices. Combined with low heat and smoke, this rub caramelizes creating a barrier that keeps our meat juicy and tender.
Rack Shack Turkey is always smoked a minimum of 4 hours. We use a blend of apple, hickory and oak smoke. This smoke trifecta gives our turkey a unique and distinguished quality that separates us from the competition.
Our Turkey is always great on any sammie, melt, or right on the plate. It will be the juiciest, most flavorful turkey you’ve EVER had in your ENTIRE life!
