Rack Shack BBQ Pulled Pork

MOIST, TENDER, & FULL OF FLAVOR
Pull' Pork is always a fan favorite! Everyone loves our smoked Pull' pork and the "bark" that comes with it. Our pork butts are always rubbed, smoked, and pulled to order!

 

OUR PROCESS
From start to finish we use fresh local ingredients. We have local suppliers that hand pick premium pork cuts. We then rub our pork with our own secret blend of spices. This tender cut is then smoked low and slow for 14 hours.

 
RUBBED
Our Old No. 17 dry Rub is legendary and is inspired by both  local and traditional BBQ.  We season all of our meat with this powerful blend of spices. Combined with low heat and smoke, this rub caramelizes creating a barrier that keeps our meat juicy and tender.

 
SMOKED
Our pork butts are always smoked a minimum of 14 hours. We use a blend of apple, hickory and oak smoke. This smoke trifecta gives our ribs a unique and distinguished quality that separates us from the competition.

 
SERVED
Always slow smoked & pulled to order. Our pull' pork is always great on any sammie, melt, burger, or right on the plate. Moist, tender, & full of flavor!
