General Quantity Guide: (Call 612-326-0430 for an exact quote)

 For meats you should figure 1/2lbs per person when served as a main course meal. If you are serving sandwiches you will get 3-5 per pound depending on what size bun you use.

You should always have 2-3 side dishes. This will reduce the amount of meat used and will provide a more balanced and interesting meal. You can figure that each person will consume 2-3 side dishes with their meal. There are approximatly 32 servings per gallon of side dish.

I just wanted to say a personal thanks for a job well done providing the food for our daughter Rebekah's wedding on August 4th at the Bruentrup Farm. So MANY were asking..."Where did you get this great food?"  I think you did some fine marketing on that day. You were prompt, the food was fabulous, the buffet set up was great.....absolutely perfect!
